The 2020 Mental Health Week program has launched!

Mental Health Week is an opportunity to have important conversations with your community about mental health and wellbeing.

In 2020, South Australia’s Mental Health Week will run from October 10 – 17. The MHCSA are hosting and sponsoring a range of exciting community events and activities throughout the month of October. Our theme for this year is “Every person, every community”, and we’re asking you to help raise awareness, address stigma, and promote wellbeing.

We have Mental Health Week assets available, both print and digital. You can download poster templates for activities you’re putting on, a program for MHCSA events, email signatures, digital images, example Mental Health Week videos and suggested copy for social media. We’ve also developed resources that explore our theme in more depth and offer suggestions for how you can engage.
