Example Videos: World Mental Health Day
World Mental Health Day is Saturday the 10th of October. The MHCSA invites you to join our digital campaign launch, by sharing how you’ll be looking after your mental health and the wellbeing of your community this Mental Health Week.
You can share your story, encourage conversations or just ask others to consider their mental health by recording a video that is no more than 2 minutes and uploading it to your own social media channels. In your video, encourage your community to visit our website to find out how they can get involved with Mental Health Week or make their own video and share it with their networks.
