Men’s Health Week

The number of men who die by suicide in Australia every year is nearly double the national road toll. Many things contribute to this. Men are less likely to visit the GP, call helplines, go to therapy or simply talk with mates about challenges they’re facing.

Fortunately, we’ve asked our friends from Laughter Is The Best of Meds—Marc Ryan (The Beautiful Bogan) and Mick Dwyer (Mickey D)—to show us how to check in and have a chat about mental health, and good coping tools!

Thanks for showing us how it’s done lads.
