MHCSA Lived Experience Awards Are Now Open

The Lived Experience Awards are back for 2019.

To honour the invaluable Lived Experience work undertaken in the mental health sector the MHCSA is once again hosting the Lived Experience Awards. These awards recognise the contribution of those with a lived experience of mental illness to the community mental health sector within the MHCSA membership.

These awards aim to publicly recognise and celebrate the achievements of people with a lived experience and organisations which have embraced the lived experience.

Applications open Wednesday 24 July and close Monday 2 September.

Nominees will be announced on Tuesday 24 September with winners announced at the opening of Mental Health Week on Tuesday 8 October in Victoria Square.

We all know amazing mental health workers with lived experience making a difference in our community every day. Let’s thank them for this work by nominating them for the 2019 Lived Experience Awards.
